Not many people have had to use shuttle or taxi services, so almost everyone, especially those living in big cities, is blind or visually impaired. The Seimas of the Republic of Lithuania is organizing a meeting on the provision of taxi services to people with disabilities. You need your opinion and experience on the following issues: – whether the services are adapted for the visually impaired, – whether gadgets, messages, websites have been adapted, – are you having trouble finding the vehicle or are you getting help from drivers, – What can be done to ensure that the quality of services is suitable for people who are visually impaired? Your opinion and experience are needed in order to present the generalized situation to LRS members and specialists. The information provided will be useful in drafting new legislation.
