Pursuant to the decision No.1-2 “On the XXXII Reporting Congress of the Lithuanian Union of the Blind and Visually Impaired” adopted at the first meeting of the LASS Council this year, which took place remotely (via the ZOOM platform) on February 3, 2021. On 10-26 February, a survey of delegates to the LASS XXXII Reporting Congress was held by e-mail regarding the organization of this Congress by remote sensing. As only 12 (out of 83) delegates objected to it (according to Article 34 of the LASS Statutes, more than a quarter of delegates, i.e. at least 21 delegates, should object to the LASS Council’s decision), the LASS XXXII Reporting Congress will take place in 2021. on May 19 by remote sensing.
